The villa is located on the hill above the town of Parikia, Taxiarchaki district, and therefore the view is panoramic. It is a luxury residence of 220 square meters, part of a complex of independent houses, with its own pool and garden and with an excellent view of the city of Parikia and the blue Aegean.

It can accommodate 8 people in 4 master bedrooms (three have double beds, one has two singles). It has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning system and wi fi.

Exterior

The pool is on the same level as the very large terrace of the house, where there is also a large built-in dining room and living room. From all points the view is excellent and gives comfort to the guests to spend moments of relaxation and pleasure!

Because the house is located on the hill, for the best and most convenient stay it is recommended to use a private car or motorbike.
